City of Everett Human Needs Grant <br /> January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> Terms, Conditions and Projected Budget <br /> Organization: Cocoon House <br /> Program: Cocoon House Central: Emergency Teen Shelter <br /> Will spend the funds received for the specific purposes of: <br /> This funding will be used to cover a portion of the salary expense for staff in the role of Residential <br /> Youth Counselor at Cocoon House Central. <br /> For the purposes of this grant, a unit of service is defined as: <br /> One "bed night" —overnight stay in shelter including the provision of basic needs and supportive <br /> services. <br /> Cocoon House anticipates this grant will fund a total of sixteen (16) units of service for <br /> (unduplicated count) thirteen (13) Everett residents each quarter. <br /> Cocoon House anticipates its budget for the year 1/1/2018 through 12/31/2018, by quarters, will be: <br /> First Qtr.
