Plans (2) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups. <br /> iii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of Stormwater Management Questionnaire, completed <br /> if added plus replaced impervious surfaces totals 2,000sf or more. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30-12:OOpm and from 1:00pm- <br /> 4:00pm (closed between 12:OOpm-1:OOpm for lunch). <br /> Response:Noted. Please find attached to this letter, (1) copy of the Transmittal Sheet, (2)copies of <br /> the revised plans plus the original City Markup and (2) copies of the completed Storm water <br /> Management Questionnaire for your review and approval. <br /> 2.
