Community Health Center of Snohomish County- Everett
Jul 27th, 2017
'age 33
Response: Noted. Please attached find the updated cover sheet indicating only the sheets required
for the Public Works permit(sheet A0.1).
4. Sheet A1.1 references civil plans. No civil plans were submitted. If there are civil plans, these are
the plans that should be submitted for Public Works plan review. If no civils existing, please
remove this reference, as applicable.
Response: Noted. We do not have any civil drawings for this project. Therefore, the reference from
sheet A1.1 has been removed.
5. An RPBA is required since the proposed use is considered a high-hazard facility. The RPBA can be
located inside the building. Please add a note to the plans to indicate such as addition. This is
required under a separate Plumbing Permit.
Response: Noted. A note has been added to the plan sheet to install an RPBA within the building
under separate Plumbing Permit. See sheet A1.1.
6. Please quantify the proposed impervious area that will be added and replaced. If the total of
added plus replaced impervious surface is 2000sf or more, stormwater mitigation evaluation is
triggered in accordance with the City's 2010 Stormwater Management Manual and Interim Policy
2-11. See the City's Stormwater page for links to this information by visiting
https://everettwa.gov/permits, click on Quick Links on the right-hand side, and navigate to the
Stormwater Management link.
a. Note that impervious area is counted once the base course or subgrade is exposed. Only
minor grinding/overlay through the existing top course is considered maintenance and not
counted.
b. If 2000sf of added or replaced impervious surface, please complete the attached
Stormwater Management Questionnaire. There is a fillable Word document version of this
Questionnaire if you would prefer to complete it electronically rather than by hand. Please
email Sabrina Fandler at SFandler@everett.gov to receive a copy of this document.
c. Show on the plans the existing drainage structures and pipes and any modifications to site
drainage. Show how the proposed sire will drain to the on-site storm drain collection
system and the combined sewer system. Do not connect roof drains directly to the lateral
or side sewer.
d. Please add erosion control measures to the site plan (or separate site plan sheet) in
accordance with the completed 13 elements within the Stormwater Management
Questionnaire (checklist on last two pages).
Response: Noted. Since our project will have just over 2,000 sf of added and/or replaced
impervious area, we have completed the Storm water Management Questionnaire per request.
Please also find the attached drainage plan (8.x 11 format)behind the questionnaire.
7. Parking layout as currently shown is sufficient and in compliance with City of Everett Standards.
Any changes to parking layout must meet the requirements of Standard Drawing#340.
