March 21, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., March 21, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore <br /> Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. Upon roll call, it was <br /> found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Murphy, McNeal, <br /> Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council Member Moore was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 14, 2018, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin spoke about her attendance at the 115th Anniversary <br /> celebration of the Bailey A M E Church. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member McNeal provided a report from the Senior Center Advisory <br /> Board. <br /> Council Member Tuohy reported on her attendance at the National League <br /> of Cities conference in Washington, D.C. She stated she attended the <br /> Northwest Neighborhood meeting last Thursday and the Library Board <br /> meeting on Tuesday. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided an overview of Snohomish County <br /> Executive Somer's State of the County address. <br /> President Roberts stated he attended the Twin Creeks Neighborhood <br /> meeting. He also attended the National League of Cities Conference in <br /> Washington, D.C. He provided an update from the Association of <br /> Washington Cities, stating they are working on an infrastructure agenda. He <br /> reported on his attendance at the Globe Conference in Vancouver, B.C. <br /> 101 <br />
