March 21, 2018 <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Lyle Ryan, Administration, followed up with market rate rents for parking, <br /> which was previously requested by Council Member Stonecipher. <br /> Paul Kaftankski, provided an update on the relocation of Public Works staff <br /> from the Cedar Street complex. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested the analysis factors for relocation, <br /> and Mr. Kaftanski stated he would provide that to Council. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Sean Renfro, Everett, spoke about a police investigation. <br /> Mr. Kiggens, Everett, spoke about Cocoon House. <br /> Anthony Vicari and Ryan Weber, both of Everett, spoke about the lack of <br /> sidewalks in the Delta Neighborhood. <br /> Council Members requested that staff provide an update on improvements <br /> and how neighborhoods may obtain grants for sidewalks. <br /> Staff will follow up with Mr. Vicari and Mr. Weber regarding their sidewalk <br /> concerns. <br /> COUNCIL BREIFING AGENDA: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreements with Snohomish County to <br /> obtain Social and Health Services funding, including the Basic Terms <br /> and Conditions Agreement, Business Associate Agreement, the First <br /> 102 <br />
