If a complete application has not been filed for a building permit or equivalent construction <br /> permit within eighteen (18) months from the approval date of this decision, the permit shall be <br /> deemed terminated, unless an extension is granted. If the permittee requestsan extension in <br /> writing not later than eighteen (18) months from the land use permit date, the Director may <br /> grant a six (6)month extension. <br /> 2. A survey may be required at the time of building permit application submittal or at the framing <br /> inspection to show compliance with the height and/or setback requirements. <br /> 3. This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use Hearing <br /> Examiner. An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date of this notice.
