Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. If structure is heated, show energy code compliance for all walls, ceiling and floor. <br /> 2. Specify "brackets" and "hangers" called out on plans. (U26 or LU26 hangers will not <br /> work with 2x4's). <br /> 3. Provide foundation plan. Show location and size of all footings supporting uniform loads <br /> and all concrete pads supporting point loads. <br /> 4. Note on drawing to "verify footing", specify minimum footing size and reinforcement. <br /> 5. Garages are required to have floors of approved non-combustible material. The area of <br /> the floor used for parking of automobiles or other vehicles shall be sloped to facilitate <br /> the movement of liquids to a drain or toward the main vehicle entry doorway. <br /> 6.
