Also,included is an 8-page(including cover) <br /> document completed by HN Lehtinen Engineering that calculates the"vertical"strength load factors. (I <br /> earlier—last June—gave you a document that contains the"lateral"load/strength calculations.) <br /> I will respond to each of the nine(9)"deficiencies"that you listed in your letter. <br /> 1. If the structure is heated... <br /> The structure is not heated. Also,no provision far electrical power is planned at this time. <br /> 2. Specify"brackets"and"hangers"called out In plans. <br /> The errors have been corrected in the Top Floor Top View diagram on Page 1,bottom left as <br /> well as the Garage Floor Plan on Page 2. <br /> 3. Provide foundation plan. Show location and size of all footings supporting uniform loads and <br /> all concrete pads supporting point loads. <br /> The foundation plan has been incorporated into the garage floor plan(Ground Level)of Page 2, <br /> and the placement of footings is shown on the South Side View(Page 1)and the South Side <br /> View and East Side View(Page 2). The east,north,and west side of the primary garage <br /> structure ail have existing walls that survived the January 2011 fire. As pointed out on Page 2 <br /> (Garage Level Foundation/Floor Plan)adequate footings for these walls will require excavation <br /> in sections and pouring of footings under these walls.
