Garages are required to have floors of approved non-combustible material. The area of the <br /> floor used for parking of automobiles or other vehicles shall be sloped...to a drain...or <br /> doorway. <br /> This The sloped,4"concrete floor is now shown on the Garage Floor Plan(Ground Level), <br /> 6. Provide framing plan for proposed opening at pull-down stairs. <br /> This framing diagram is provided on the far left of Page 1. <br /> 7. Specify all components for all roofs,walls and floors. Specify moisture barriers,roof <br /> sheathing. <br /> The roof components are now specified on both Pages 1 and 2. Wall components are shown in <br /> the right hand diagram on Page 1 and in the middle of Page 2. The 3"plywood flooring for the <br /> second story of the garage is shown on the 2"d level floor plan on Page 2, <br /> 8. Provide gravity calculations for the roof structure and floor joists. <br /> This is done in the enclosed 8-page document completed by HN Lehtinen Engineering. <br /> 9. Drawings are not drawn to scale. <br /> i have redrawn all the large building and floor plan illustrations to exact scale.
