To resolve these issues you must: 1. All inoperable vehicles must be removed from the property, or made operable to include current license, or they may be lawfully enclosed. Inoperable vehicle(s) may be stored inside a garage or they may be covered by an opaque auto cover specifically designed to completely shield the vehicle from view. The cover must be in good condition and must be replaced if it is torn, weather-beaten, or acquires any other defects. Tarps and makeshift covers do not meet the requirement. 2. Vehicles and trailers parked between the residence and the roadway must be parked fully upon approved surfaces (fully within a driveway) or on the shoulder of the roadway. Corrective actions 1 & 2 must be completed no later than Sept. 12, 2017. 3. Contact the City of Everett Planning Department and Building Division located at 3200 Cedar Street to apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required permits to bring structures into compliance with the Everett Municipal Code or to demolish the awning structure. This process will ensure any remaining structure meets all setback requirements. Complete this corrective action by October 9, 2017. 4. Once you have obtained permits, correct and complete all of the deficiencies that are present within the structure and have the work inspected and approved, by the Everett City building Division. Complete this corrective action by November 6, 2017. Failure to comply with the conditions listed in this notice, may result in a hearing before the City's Hearing Examiner and a fine and/or costs being assessed against you.
