1 C. Panoram Premise License Required. <br /> 2 1. It is unlawful to display, exhibit, expose or maintain upon any <br /> premise to which members of the public are admitted any panoram <br /> 3 device without a valid and current license for such premises, to be <br /> designated a "Panoram Premise License." <br /> 4 <br /> 2. A separate license is required for each panoram premise and the <br /> 5 same shall at all times be conspicuously posted and maintained <br /> therein. <br /> 6 <br /> 3. The Clerk shall prescribe the form of such license, number the <br /> 7 same, and shall indicate thereon the number of panoram devices <br /> which may be operated thereunder, and the location of the licensed <br /> 8 panoram premise. <br /> 9 <br /> D. Panoram Manager's License Required. <br /> 10 <br /> A licensed manager shall be on the premises of a panoram premise <br /> 11 at all times that the panoram premise is open for business. No person <br /> shall work as a manager at a panoram premise without first having <br /> 12 obtained a manager's license from the City Clerk pursuant to this chapter. <br /> 13 <br /> E. Panoram Device License Required. <br /> 14 <br /> 1. It is unlawful to exhibit or display for public use any panoram <br /> 15 device upon any panoram premise without first having obtained a <br /> license for each such panoram device, to be designated a "Panoram <br /> 16 Device License." <br /> 17 2. Panoram Device Licenses shall be issued for specific panoram <br /> premises only and shall not be transferable. <br /> 18 <br /> 3. The current Panoram Device License for each panoram device shall <br /> 19 be securely attached to such panoram device in a conspicuous <br /> place. <br /> 20 <br /> 4. The Clerk shall prescribe the form of such license and number the <br /> 21 same. <br /> 22 <br /> F. License Fees - Term - Assignment - Renewals. <br /> 23 <br /> 1. The license year shall be from January first to December <br /> 24 thirty-first of each year. All licenses shall expire on the <br /> thirty-first day of December each year. Except as hereinafter <br /> 25 provided, all license fees shall be payable on an annual basis and <br /> shall not be refundable. Annual license fees shall be as follows: <br /> 26 <br /> Panoram Premise License $500 per annum <br /> 27 Panoram Device License $30 per annum for each device <br /> Panoram Manager's License $50 per annum <br /> 28 <br /> 2. License fees shall not be prorated, except that if the original <br /> 29 application for license is made subsequent to June 30th in any year, <br /> the license fee for the remainder of that year shall be one-half of <br /> 30 the annual license fee. Licenses issued under this chapter may not <br /> be assigned or transferred to other operators, premises or devices. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> -2- <br />
