Water main extensions will be required to serve specific sites. <br /> 8.2 POLICE • <br /> 8.2.3 Mitigation Measures <br /> 1. All developments must provide adequate lighting of parking lots and others areas which <br /> have an increased risk for crime. Illumination should be a minimum of 3-4 foot candles. <br /> (The City of Everett Zoning Code requires that all parking lots with more than 10 spaces <br /> provide security lighting. Lighting must be shielded in a manner that does not disturb <br /> residential uses.) <br /> 8.5 COMMUNICATIONS <br /> 8.5.3 Mitigation Measures <br /> 1. All communication lines must be installed underground. <br /> 8.6 PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIES <br /> 8.6.3 Mitigation Measures <br /> 1. Looped water mains may be required for some sites to meet fire flow requirements and to <br /> protect water quality. Pressure reducing valves may be required when looped systems are <br /> constructed. <br /> 2. Developments must construct improvements necessary to provide a water pressure of 40-80 <br /> psi under normal operating conditions as required by Public Works. <br /> OTHER REQUIREMENTS <br /> f <br /> Public Works-Sabrina Fandler(425) 257-7813 <br /> 1. Construction permits, inspections, and final approvals are required for this project from City <br /> of Everett Permit Services. <br /> 2. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with the <br /> current City of Everett Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for <br /> Development shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site parking <br /> layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion and <br /> sedimentation control (TESC), and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. <br /> Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being <br /> issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved, and warranted before the <br />
