Frontage improvements and public water main system, 10%of cost of improvement,for a <br /> period of one year. Based on the value of the improvements,the amount of this bond will be <br /> $16,550.00. <br /> 2. Stormwater infrastructure, 10%of cost of improvements, for a period of two years. Based on <br /> the value of the improvements,the amount of this bond will be$19,550.00. <br /> We will have this completed by July 28, 2017. We will be providing a Cash Assurance Device in the form <br /> of checks, similar to what we provided for the Wetland Bond and the Landscaping completion bond. <br /> We apologize for the delay.
