Fees are due upon issuance,at the time you come in to pick
everything up. Nothing is due before then (with the exception of any Wetland/environmental items you worked out
with John Jimerson).
Recap of Permit Fees, revised to include the updated traffic mitigation fee:
Public Works Permit total: $72,111.90 puJ ib03- ©SO
PW permit fee breakdown: Grading/Fill/Excavate(158,000CY)=$1,385.00
Paving(199,800sf)=$999.00
PW Plan Review=$5,808.30
PW Site Inspection=$11,610.60
Traffic Mitigation=$52,312.00
System Development Fees will be applied on one of your utility permits. The system development charge is$37,75V9.03
Other Utility Permit line items are as follows:
1" irrigation meter=$560.00 01607-- a6'f
2" domestic meter=$990.00 Of Oil-- 663
%" detect meter for 8"fire service=$480.00 U/07--065
%" domestic meter for Lego Building=$480.00 U/0--062
There are 3 cost estimates currently being worked up by our Water Department,so those will be separate Utility
Permits. We can let you know those fees once they are issued to us(and should be issued by mail to you as well). They
are for the following:
Chi I v ni- 1 1.
