This closes Item 1 <br /> on the report by Tim York on 08/12/16. <br /> Item 2: Reviewed permit drawings designed by Quantum Engineering, as the owner has <br /> engaged West Coast Structural Engineers to replace Quantum Engineering. The Level 2 floor <br /> diaphragm nailing is as per permit drawings for nail size, spacing, and sheeting type, thickness <br /> and rating. <br /> Item 3: Inspected SW6 shear walls as per the permit drawings at grid lines L/2-3, 1.1-1.9/3, J. - <br /> J.9/3, 1/2.5-3 and 1/1.1-2.4 for sheeting thickness, nail size, and spacing. The nails in SW6 walls <br /> at 3-line are consistently over-driven by more than 1/16". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN <br /> As noted in Item 1 above— report dated 08/12/16 is closed. <br /> NONCONFORMING CONDITIONS <br /> As noted in Item 3 above. <br /> Inspector: H.
