Item 1 on the report by <br /> Tim York on 08/12/16 states that the contractor used the manufacturer's recommendations for <br /> welding of hangers to structural steel and received email from Travis McCandless PE with West <br /> Coast Structural Engineers approving the manufacturer's recommendations. This closes Item 1 <br /> on the report by Tim York on 08/12/16. <br /> Item 2: Reviewed permit drawings designed by Quantum Engineering, as the owner has <br /> engaged West Coast Structural Engineers to replace Quantum Engineering. The Level 2 floor <br /> diaphragm nailing is as per permit drawings for nail size, spacing, and sheeting type, thickness <br /> and rating. <br /> Item 3: Inspected SW6 shear walls as per the permit drawings at grid lines L/2-3, 1.1-1.9/3, J. - <br /> J.9/3, 1/2.5-3 and 1/1.1-2.4 for sheeting thickness, nail size, and spacing.
