Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, <br /> 1. All client rooms shall be classified as Type S, Type NS1 or Type NS2 on the plans. <br /> 2. The plans show a sliding door on the lower level of the dwelling. The room classification <br /> can be affected by the type of exiting from each floor level. Specify the type of existing <br /> door at the lower floor level. If the door is going to be changed to a side hinged door <br /> and the door swings out, a landing is required at the exterior side of the door. The top <br /> of the landing outside the door cannot be more than 1-1/2" below the threshold. <br /> 3. Provide grab bars as required by section R325.8. Show all grab bar requirements in plan <br /> view and section (or elevation) drawings. <br /> 4. Specify size and location of required exhaust fan for the bathroom and the laundry <br /> closet. Show on plans. <br /> 5.
