SE Perrr,;+ Fuer. <br /> Plan Ck#: B1 -033 <br /> Dear Jeff: <br /> I received your letter dated 24 November 2015 and have prepared the attached response. All <br /> modified drawings have been labeled with a revision marker 1, dated 12/10/2015. Items <br /> addressed are as follows: <br /> 1. Classifications have been added to the floor plan on A2.1. <br /> 2. Please see the modification on A2.1 for door change and associated notes. <br /> 3. Grab bars are clearly shown on A2.1 and A3.1. I believe we exceed the requirements of <br /> R325.8 by complying with ANSI, however, the one thing we added was a swing bar to <br /> 1/A2.1. Please let us know if you see us missing something specific. <br /> 4. The laundry equipment is in a location that is currently laundry equipment although some <br /> adjustment of power and venting locations may be needed. Please see notes added to <br /> A2.1 to address your specific concerns again. <br /> 5. See note Added to A2.1. <br /> 6. Again, dryer has not been moved, however, note added to A2.1 <br /> 7. I believe the exterior garage walls are 2x6. We did not indicate otherwise on our <br /> drawings. They should accommodate the insulation. <br /> 8. See update to 8/A2.1 for added impact resistant barrier. <br /> 9. Please see notes added to 1/A2.1. <br /> 10. The space outside the bedrooms is a hallway and not intended to be habitable. A note <br /> was added to 1/A2.1 <br /> 11. Thanks for the input. I understand that the exterior insulation takes care of the insulation <br /> requirement. We want to furr the concrete anyway so thought it would be okay to add <br /> some extra insulation where we can.
