Plan Ck#: B1 -033 Dear Jeff: I received your letter dated 24 November 2015 and have prepared the attached response. All modified drawings have been labeled with a revision marker 1, dated 12/10/2015. Items addressed are as follows: 1. Classifications have been added to the floor plan on A2.1. 2. Please see the modification on A2.1 for door change and associated notes. 3. Grab bars are clearly shown on A2.1 and A3.1. I believe we exceed the requirements of R325.8 by complying with ANSI, however, the one thing we added was a swing bar to 1/A2.1. Please let us know if you see us missing something specific. 4. The laundry equipment is in a location that is currently laundry equipment although some adjustment of power and venting locations may be needed. Please see notes added to A2.1 to address your specific concerns again. 5. See note Added to A2.1. 6. Again, dryer has not been moved, however, note added to A2.1 7. I believe the exterior garage walls are 2x6. We did not indicate otherwise on our drawings. They should accommodate the insulation. 8. See update to 8/A2.1 for added impact resistant barrier. 9. Please see notes added to 1/A2.1. 10. The space outside the bedrooms is a hallway and not intended to be habitable. A note was added to 1/A2.1 11. Thanks for the input. I understand that the exterior insulation takes care of the insulation requirement. We want to furr the concrete anyway so thought it would be okay to add some extra insulation where we can.
