PUBLIC HEARING: (8) CB 1802-07 — 3rd and final reading — Adopt the proposed Ordinance amending the Zoning Code (EMC Title 19, as amended) Definition of"Clinic" and repealing Sections 2, 4, and 5 of Ordinance No. 2708-03. ACTION ITEMS: (9) CB 1802-12 — 3rd and final reading — Adopt the proposed Ordinance creating a Special Construction Fund entitled "Everett Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower Rebuild Project" Fund 342, Program 024 to accumulate all costs for the construction project and repealing Ordinance 3575-17. (10) Adopt Resolution adopting the Everett Hazard Mitigation Plan. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with the Downtown Everett Association. (12) Authorize the purchase of a Peterbilt 567 Chassis from Western Peterbilt utilizing Washington State Contract #01513 in the amount of $159,950.46, including Washington State sales tax. (13) Authorize purchase of replacement equipment from Pape Machinery utilizing multiple interlocal cooperative purchasing agreements in the amount of $466,293.61, including Washington State sales tax. (14) Concur with the Mayor's letter to the Puget Sound Regional Council concerning the scope of work for the Vision 2050 update to the Regional Growth Strategy. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Government Agreement for the Snohomish County Fire Training Academy.
