(1) Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreements with Snohomish County to obtain Social and Health Services funding, including the Basic Terms and Conditions Agreement, Business Associate Agreement, the First Responders Flex Fund Agreement and such other documents required. CONSENT: (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,756.922.93 for the period of March 3, 2018 through March 9, 2018. (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,029,529.40 for the period ending March 3, 2018. (4) Authorize Call for Bids for the Water Filtration Plant Process Water Pump Station Construction Project. (5) Authorize the Purchase of three Ford vehicles from Bickford Motors utilizing Snohomish County Contract #062-16SR in the amount of $115,874.29, including Washington State sales tax. (6) Authorize the Purchase of fifteen Ford vehicles from Bickford Motors utilizing Snohomish County contract #062-16SR in the amount of $522,462.56, including Washington State sales tax. (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 3 with Marshbank Construction for the 41st Street to West Marine View Drive Freight Corridor Improvements Project. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Gray and Osborne, Inc. for design and construction management services related to the Water Filter Plant Standpipe Replacement Project in the amount of $56,137.
