(9) Authorize the closure of Colby Avenue between 7th Street and 25th Street and Wetmore Avenue between 23rd Street and 25th Street, 23rd Street between Wetmore and Colby Avenue and 25th Street between Wetmore Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue on August 18, 2018, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., for the Everett Bubble Run, and Authorize the closure of various blocks on Wetmore Avenue and Colby Avenue on August 17, 2018, 8 a.m. through August 18, 2018, 4 p.m. (10) Authorize the closure of 32nd Street from Smith Avenue about 150 feet west to the entrance of Commuter Parking Lot A from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Wednesday beginning May 23, 2018 to September 26, 2018, for the Everett Station Farmers Market, sponsored by the Everett Farmers Market and Everett Transit. (11) Authorize the closure of Wall Street between Wetmore Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue and rolling closure of Colby Avenue between 13th Street and Wall Street on October 27, 2018, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., for fundraising 5K walk to support breast cancer survivors, research and patient programs and services sponsored by the American Cancer Society. ACTION ITEMS: (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Roots Forestry Consulting LLC for Forestry Management and Consulting Services in an amount not to exceed $334,298.00. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement for Automatic First Response and Mutual Assistance and Authority to purchase on other Fire Agency contracts.
