Estimated sewage effluent quality. <br /> The minimum utility connection fee shall be the fee charged for a water demand <br /> of 200,000 cu. ft. per month at $520 per 900 cu. ft. per month. Approval of the Mayor <br /> is required for all connection fees determined under this provision. <br /> Section 7: <br /> A. In calculating reconnections, credit for both water and sewer connection <br /> charges shall be given for the historical water consumption of the previous occupant <br /> where a developer is changing the land use or constructing new facilities on a site <br /> previously connected to the water and/or the sewer system. <br /> B. In the event an applicant has paid water charges but was not previously <br /> connected to the sewer system, said applicant shall pay the sewer connection charge <br /> only, subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1164-85. <br /> Section 8: Ordinance No. 984-83 is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 9: The above fee schedule shall apply to all applications after the <br /> effective date of this ordinance. <br /> i -•••_ <br /> WILLIAM E.
