(e • • ORDINANCE NO. ii AN ORDINANCE annexing certain property generally located between Holly Drive and 108th Street SW including a portion of Highway 99 to the City of Everett WHEREAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 35. 13.130, a petition was presented to the City Council of the City of Everett proposing the annexation of certain property; and WHEREAS, the petition which was filed pursuant to RCW 35. 13.130 was signed by owners of not less than seventy-five percent in value according to the assessed valuation for general taxes of the property proposed to be annexed; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Everett, a municipal corporation, did fix May 8, 1985, for hearing upon said petition, and cause notice of hearing to be published in one issue of the Everett Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the City, and caused said notice also to be posted in three places within the territory proposed for annexation, which notice as published and as posted specified the time and place of hearing and invited interested persons to appear and voice approval of the annexation; and WHEREAS, following the hearing, the Council of the City of Everett, a municipal corporation, has determined to annex all of the property described in the petition as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board did, at their June 11 , 1985 public hearing, vote to approve the annexation; and WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board has issued its written findings on June 14, 1985, to this effect. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the property hereinafter described, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Everett: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, W.M.; THENCE, EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH HALF OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 24 TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, PLAT OF OLIVIA PARK NO. 2 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 11 OF PLATS, PAGE 20, RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY; THENCE, SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1 AND LOT 2, OF SAID PLAT TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2; THENCE, WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 2 TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE, SOUTH ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 105TH ST. S.W. TO THE EASTERLY PROJECTION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 32, OF SAID PLAT OF OLIVIA PARK NO. 2; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SAID EASTERLY PROJECTION OF SAID SOUTH LINE AND SAID SOUTH LINE TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 32; THENCE, SOUTH ALONG THE EAST -1- 0883F
