Project Description <br /> The Big J's Asphalt Parking Lot project will combine two existing parcels: Big J's temporary lot (Parcel No. <br /> 29051700200600) and the Everett Trailer Court(Parcel No. 29051700200800) into one permanent asphalt <br /> parking lot. The combined site area is 87,730 square feet. The site is bounded by North Broadway to the <br /> northwest and adjacent parcels to the north, east, south, and west. This parking lot is being developed to <br /> mitigate parking stalls removed by the construction of the WSU NPSE project.
