Conflicting Sections or Provisions. <br /> 2 In the event there is a conflict or inconsistency between the <br /> sections and provisions set forth in this ordinance and those set forth <br /> 3 elsewhere in Ordinance No. 295-74 (as amended), the sections and <br /> provisions of this ordinance shall govern and they shall supersede those set <br /> 4 forth elsewhere. <br /> 5 <br /> Section 2: IMPLEMENTATION. Panoram premises as defined in Section 1 <br /> 6 <br /> of this ordinance which are in compliance with all existing laws, rules and regulations as <br /> 7 <br /> of the date of passage of this ordinance shall have sixty (60) calendar days from the <br /> 8 <br /> 9 effective date of this ordinance within which to fully comply with all of the provisions <br /> of this ordinance. All other panoram premises shall immediately comply with all of the <br /> 10 <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Section 3: SEVERABILITY. If any section of this ordinance, or any portion <br /> of any section of this ordinance, or its application to any person or circumstances, is <br /> 13 <br /> declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the remainder of the <br /> 14 <br /> 15 ordinance or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not <br /> 16 be affected. <br /> 17 Section 4: REPEALER. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 508-78, Section 109 of <br /> 18 Ordinance No. 466A-77 and all other ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> 19 repealed. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 WILLIAM E.
