• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 5. Legal Descriptions: <br /> All final boundary line adjustment submittals shall have legal <br /> descriptions of the new parcels being created. <br /> 6. Declaration of Ownership: <br /> All final boundary line adjustment submittals shall be <br /> accompanied by a notarized signature of the owners of the <br /> property appearing on the Declaration of Ownership form approving <br /> the boundary line adjustment. Provided, however, signatures are <br /> not required from persons having a security interest in property <br /> where the security interest holder's lien is on property to which <br /> property is being added. <br /> 7. Declaration of Legal Documentation: <br /> All final boundary line adjustment submittals shall be <br /> accompanied by a notarized statement containing the signatures of <br /> owners of the property subject to the boundary line adjustment <br /> declaring that they are solely responsible for securing and <br /> executing, as well as seeking all necessary legal advice or <br /> assistance concerning the legal documents necessary to transfer <br /> title to these portions of the properties involved in the <br /> boundary line adjustment and in compliance therewith, further <br /> declare that the legal documents necessary to transfer title to <br /> the property in question have been prepared and executed so that <br /> upon the recording of the boundary line adjustment the title to <br /> the properties will accurately reflect the new lot line <br /> configurations resulting from the boundary line adjustment(s) as <br /> approved by the City. <br /> F. Final Boundary Line Adjustment Decision <br /> Final Signatures - Verification of Approval <br /> After completion of all conditions of preliminary and final approval <br /> have been met, the Planning Director will approve the adjustment by <br /> placing their signature on the final mylar drawing. <br /> G. Survey <br /> Survey Required for Boundary Line Adjustments: <br /> 1. A survey for Boundary Line Adjustments must be conducted by or <br /> under the supervision of a registered Washington State licensed <br /> land surveyor. The surveyor shall certify on the final drawing <br /> that it is true and correct representation of the lands actually <br /> surveyed and shall be in accordance with City and State law. <br /> A record of survey must be filed with the County Auditor in <br /> accordance with Chapter 58.09 R.C.W. The filing number of the <br /> survey must be on the final boundary line adjustment map and <br /> legal description before the County Auditor may accept the <br /> adjustment for filing. <br /> • <br /> -6- <br />
