3. Supplementary Map: <br /> The following features and information shall be shown on maps or <br /> drawings supplementary to the proposed plat: <br /> a. The name or title of the proposed short subdivision; <br /> b. The date, north arrow and scale; <br /> c. Boundary lines of tract, lot lines, lot number, block <br /> number; <br /> d. Location and name of existing and proposed streets and = <br /> R.O.W. ; <br /> e. Drainage channels, water courses, marshes, lakes and ponds; <br /> f. Wooded areas, significant natural vegetation; <br /> g. Existing structures and setbacks; <br /> h. The location of driveways, existing and proposed; <br /> i. All easements and uses; <br /> j. Existing and proposed utilities services; <br /> k. Fire hydrant location and distance; <br /> 1. Five (5) foot contours Everett City Datum. <br /> 4. Vicinity Map: <br /> A vicinity sketch clearly identifying the location of the <br /> property. <br /> 5. Restrictions and Covenants: <br /> Copies of restrictions and covenants, if any, proposed to be <br /> imposed upon the use of the land. <br /> 6. Short Subdivision Title Report: <br /> All final short subdivision applications shall be accompanied by <br /> a title company certification current to within thirty (30) days <br /> from filing of final short plat; provided, however, the <br /> applicant shall be responsible for updating the title report to <br /> ensure that it is current of the time of final short plat <br /> review. This report must confirm that the title of the lands as <br /> described and shown on the Declaration of Ownership is in the <br /> name of the owners signing that Declaration. <br /> 7. Legal Descriptions: <br /> All final short subdivision applications shall have a legal <br /> description of entire parcel to be short subdivided, each lot, <br /> easement, and tract to be created and shall be on forms <br /> acceptable to the City and stamped "Registered Land Surveyor". <br /> 8. Declaration of Ownership: <br /> All final short subdivision applications shall be accompanied by <br /> a notarized signatures of all owners that have interest in the <br /> property to be short subdivided on the Declaration of Ownership <br /> form provided by the City. <br /> -21- <br />
