F. Final Short Subdivision Submittal <br /> 1 . Compliance 'with Preliminary Approval: <br /> Prior to the submittal of any final short subdivision to the <br /> City for final approval, the applicant must demonstrate <br /> compliance with the conditions of _ the preliminary approval and <br /> prepare and complete to the satisfaction of the City all the <br /> final documents. <br /> 2. Short Plat: <br /> The final short plat drawings shall be on mylar drafting film <br /> having the dimensions of eighteen by twenty-four inches (18" x <br /> 24"). Information required shall include: <br /> a. The date, scale, and north arrow; <br /> b. Boundary lines, right-of-way for streets, easements, and <br /> property lines of lots and other sites with accurate <br /> bearings, dimensions or angles and arcs, and central <br /> angles of all curves; <br /> c. Names and right-of-way widths of all streets within the <br /> short subdivision and immediately adjacent to the <br /> subdivision. Street names will be consistent with the <br /> names of existing adjacent streets; <br /> d. Number of each lot and each block; <br /> e. Reference to private covenants or special plat <br /> restrictions either to be filed separately or on the face <br /> of the plat; <br /> f. Zoning setback lines, building sites when required by the <br /> City; <br /> g. Existing structures and all setbacks; <br /> h. Location, dimensions and purpose of any easements; <br /> i. Location and decription of monuments and lot corners set <br /> and found; <br /> j. Datum elevations and primary control points approved by <br /> the Public Works Department. Descriptions and ties to all <br /> control points will be shown with dimensions, angles, and <br /> bearings; <br /> k. The final short plat will also contain the following: <br /> (1) A certification by a Licensed Surveyor licensed in <br /> the State of Washington, that the plat survey is <br /> accurate and conforms to the provisions of these <br /> regula tions; <br /> (2) Certification by Public Works Department that are <br /> all conditions are met; <br /> (3) Certification by Planning Department that all <br /> conditions have been met; <br /> -20- <br />
