• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. //01-,S7..5-- <br /> AN <br /> /01'��'AN ORDINANCE amending the Zonning Code of the City <br /> of Everett, Ordinance No. 3572, by adding a B-2(B) <br /> Office Park - Site Plan Review Zone <br /> WHEREAS, on December 18, 1984, the City of Everett Planning Commission <br /> held a public hearing regarding the addition of a B-2(B) Office Park - Site <br /> Plan Review Zone to the Zoning Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission, has determined that said addition <br /> to the Zoning Code shall be adopted; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That Ordinance No. 3572 is hereby amended by the addition of the <br /> following section which shall read as follows: <br /> B-2(B) - Office Park - Site Plan Review Zone <br /> A. Purpose <br /> The purpose of the B-2(B) zone is to: <br /> 1 . Promote and provide areas for a variety of high quality office <br /> park development, which is capable of being constructed, <br /> maintained and operated in a manner uniquely designed to be <br /> compatible with adjoining residential neighborhoods and other <br /> less intensive land uses; <br /> 2. Allow some multiple residential and community service uses; and <br /> 3. Permit a limited number of community retail businesses. <br /> B. Permitted uses <br /> The following uses are permitted in the B-2(B) office park zone: <br /> 1 . Business or professional offices or studios; <br /> 2. Banks, savings and loan institutions, mutual savings banks, <br /> finance and insurance companies; <br /> 3. Research and laboratories with manufacturing uses; <br /> 4. Medical, dental, and veterinary clinics; <br /> 5. Club and fraternal organizations; <br /> 6. Libraries and art galleries; <br /> 7. Real estate offices; <br /> 8. R-3(A) permitted multiple family residential uses with R-3(A) <br /> standards; <br /> 9. Accessory uses and buildings normally incidental to the permitted <br /> uses provided that not more than twenty-five (25) percent of the <br /> authorized office park development floor area be devoted to <br /> retail/commercial uses. <br /> -1- <br /> 1087G <br />
