Section 5 : The City Services Director is hereby given the <br /> responsibility of conducting all tasks outlined <br /> in Section 4 above. <br /> Section 6 : The sum of $630 ,000 is hereby appropriated to <br /> Fund 342, "Kasch Park Construction" for specific <br /> phases of development . <br /> A. Site Preparation - Expenses $ 100,500 <br /> Site preparation shall include <br /> surveying, cutting and clearing <br /> of standing timber , clearing, <br /> grading and graveling of a <br /> primary access road . <br /> B. Site Preparation - Revenues $ 100,500 <br /> The source of funds for this phase are as <br /> follows: <br /> 1 . Fed. Revenue Sharing $50 , 000 <br /> 2 . General Fund 22,000 <br /> 3 . Park Fund 10 ,500 <br /> 4. Sale of Timber 8 ,000 <br /> 5 . Interest Earnings 10,000 <br /> C. Phase I-Baseball Fields - Expense $ 529 ,500 <br /> Phase I shall include clearing, <br /> grading and seeding of two ball- <br /> fields, overhead illumination, <br /> fencing, parking lot, underground <br /> utilities and continuation of <br /> the access road. <br /> D. Phase I-Baseball Fields - Revenue $ 529 ,500 <br /> The source of funds for this phase are as <br /> follows : <br /> 1 . IAC Grant $150 ,000 <br /> 2 . General Fund 354,500 <br /> 3 . Community Transit 25, 000 <br /> Section 7 : The Treasurer of the City of Everett is hereby <br /> authorized to obtain interim financing at a <br /> reasonable rate of interest to satisfy <br /> construction costs not to exceed $630 ,000 . The <br /> interim financing may be in any form permitted by <br /> law. Interim financing liabilities shall be paid <br /> by the Treasurer as soon as permanent financing <br /> monies, from sources as described above, are <br /> received. <br />
