D. A drainage fee or on-site detention fee will be required, <br /> possibly to the extent that all drainage should be directed to <br /> the drainage system on 19th Avenue SE rather than the existing <br /> drainage channel, particularly street drainage. <br /> E. Special charges for connection, to sewer system in accordance with <br /> ' Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The actual cost shall be <br /> computed by the Building Department per the ordinance in effect <br /> at the time and according to the information provided on the <br /> approved plans on the date of permit issuance. <br /> F. Full standard half-street improvements will be required <br /> including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and street <br /> widening on property frontage along 102nd Place SE. Such an <br /> improvement may require that the proponent acquire temporary <br /> slope easement on the south side of the new right-of-way. <br /> G. Water, sewer, and drainage mains built to the City of Everett <br /> design and construction standards in 102nd Place SE may be <br /> required. <br /> H. No driveway access to 19th Avenue SE shall be permitted. <br /> 15. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> A.
