• <br /> NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. PERMITTED USES <br /> A. The subject property as described in Exhibit A shall be zoned C-2 <br /> Heavy Commercial Light Industrial Zone. <br /> B. Prohibited C-2 uses shall include: <br /> New and used car lots <br /> Auto wrecking yards <br /> Grain elevators <br /> Junk yards <br /> Adult Entertainment Uses as defined in Ord. No. 3572 as amended <br /> by Ord. 1025-84 and any subsequent amendments. <br /> C. All parcels shall have outdoor storage allowed when such storage <br /> is enclosed by a minimum eight foot high sight-obscuring <br /> structure and landscaping, and when the interior of the storage <br /> area cannot be viewed by a pedestrian from any public <br /> right-of-way or adjacent property. A detailed screening plan for <br /> the outdoor storage area shall be reviewed and approved by the <br /> City Planning Department during the site plan review process. <br /> 2. DETAILED ADMINISTRATIVE SITE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS <br /> A.
