v B. Northeast Everett 1 . 1000 Block of Maple Construct curbs, gutters, sidewalks , drainage and street overlay. C. Port Gardner 1 . Allocate $60,000 in CDBG funds and in matching funds for the following street and sidewalk improvement projects: A. Norton Avenue - 3600 Block Replace approximately 20 feet of raised/broken sidewalk on the east side of the 3600 block of Norton Avenue. B. East side of Terrace Drive - 42nd Street to 43rd Street (North side of 43rd Street) Terrace Drive to alley west of Rucker Avenue. Construct new sidewalk behind existing curb and gutter. C. 36th Street/Friday Avenue Intersection Construct concrete curb returns and improve storm drainage at the northwest corner of the intersection of 36th Street and Friday Avenue. D. East side of Terrace Drive - 43rd Street to 44th Street Construct new sidewalk behind existing curb and gutter. E. Grand Avenue - 3400 block Replace cracked sidewalk in front of 3401 Grand Avenue. F. 33rd Street/Oakes Avenue Intersection Replace approximately 130 feet of broken sidewalk on the northeast corner of 32nd Street and Oakes Avenue intersection. G. 35th Street - Wetmore to Rockefeller Construct new curbs, gutter, and sidewalks on both sides of 35th Street. H. High Street - 38th Street to 41st Street Replace broken and cracked sidewalks as needed on both sides of the street. I. 33rd Street - Lombard Avenue to Broadway Street Construct new curb and sidewalk and pave graveled parking area on the north side of 33rd Street. J. Wall Street - Bond Street to Federal Avenue Replace existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk on the north side of the street including minor street widening and landscaping. D. Riverside 1 . Allocate $3,000 of CDBG funds for a local history of Riverside Project. 2. Allocate $54,000 in CDBG funds and matching funds for the replacement of hazardous sidewalks throughout the Riverside Neighborhood. (Please see attached list for location of sidewalks. ) Section 3: Should costs be less for the above projects than originally estimated, projects receiving the next highest neighborhood priority shall be included for funding. If project costs exceed the estimates given, the lowest priority pro- ject or projects will be dropped for funding. Section 4: If any of the above projects is started but not completed, completion of the project(s) will be automatically funded with any 1984 Block Grant funds received by the neighborhood where an uncompleted project is located. Section 5: All of the above projects shall conform to the requirements of the City Ordinance 555-78, as amended by City Ordinances 655-80 and 793-81 . Deter- mination of the appropriate standards to impose shall be made by the City Engineer. Section 6: The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized is $123,352 which will include all costs related to design, construction, contract administration, plan development and associated costs.
