• <br /> 1 4. Within eight hundred feet (800') of any church or <br /> 2 other religious facility or institution; <br /> 3 5. Within one thousand feet (1,000') of any public park <br /> or school athletic facility; <br /> 4 6. Within four hundred feet (400') of an entry corridor of <br /> 5 the City which (for purposes of this ordinance) <br /> includes the following streets: Hewitt, Everett, <br /> 6 Pacific, Broadway, Rucker and Colby; <br /> 7. Within one thousand feet (1000') of a convention <br /> 7 facility. <br /> 8 d. For purposes of measuring the distances provided in <br /> 9 Subsections c, they shall be measured by following a straight <br /> line, without regard to intervening buildings, from the <br /> 10 nearest point of the property parcel upon which the <br /> proposed use is to be located, to the nearest point of the <br /> 11 parcel of property or the land use district boundary line <br /> from which the proposed land use is to be separated. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 14 t1B. REQUIREMENTS. <br /> 15 1. Adult entertainment facilities shall only be permitted within the <br /> 16 City within the C-2 zone and not within any other zone. An adult <br /> entertainment facility may be a permitted use within the C-2 zone <br /> 17 provided the following requirements are met: <br /> 18 a. The adult entertainment facility is located within an area <br /> which is zoned C-2; <br /> 19 b. The adult entertainment facility is not located closer than <br /> 20 four hundred feet (400') to another adult entertainment <br /> facility whether such facility is located within or outside <br /> 21 the City limits. Such distance shall be measured by <br /> following a straight line from the nearest point of public <br /> 22 entry into the structure which will house the proposed adult <br /> entertainment facility to the nearest point of public entry <br /> 23 into the structure housing another adult entertainment <br /> facility; <br /> 24 c. The adult entertainment facility is not located within the <br /> 25 area circumscribed by a circle which has a radius consisting <br /> of the following distances from the following specified uses <br /> 26 or zones whether such zone or use is located within or <br /> outside the City limits: <br /> 27 1. Within two thousand four hundred feet (2,400') of any <br /> 28 single family residential zone; <br /> 29 2. Within eight hundred feet (800') of any multiple <br /> family residential zone; <br /> 30 3. Within one thousand six hundred feet (1,600') of any <br /> 31 public or private school; <br /> 32 <br /> -2- <br />
