C. The developer shall comply with the City Hydrant Ordinance <br /> regarding water flow and hydrant placement. <br /> Section 9. LIGHTING: All lighting shall be shielded to prevent <br /> glare on adjoining residential properties and streets. <br /> Section 10. SIGNING: The specific sign design for the subject <br /> property shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Department prior <br /> to construction. <br /> Section 11. PARKING: Parking shall meet all City parking code <br /> requirements. <br /> Section 12. NOISE: That the proposed residential development on <br /> the subject property is to be designed and constructed in a manner that <br /> will insure that interior noise levels do not exceed State of Washington <br /> D.O.E. standards of 45 dBA. <br /> Section 13. LOADING AREAS: Loading areas shall be provided in <br /> accordance with E.M.C. Sec. 19.40.070 and shall be designed to not <br /> interfere with overall circulation within the project. <br /> Section 14. RUBBISH DISPOSAL: All rubbish disposed areas shall <br /> + be screened by fencing and landscaping and be integrated with the building <br /> theme. <br /> Section 15. CONTRACT AGREEMENT: That all construction <br /> requirements as specified by the City after review of detailed plans shall <br /> be met. <br /> it <br /> Section 16: CODE COMPLIANCE: Owner agrees that all construction <br /> shall conform to the requirements of the City's Building code in effect at <br /> the time of building permit application.
