— Above grade exterior walls shall be insulated per Table 6-1 of the 2006 <br /> WSEC. <br /> — Vaulted ceiling insulation: WSEC Sections 502.1.6.3 and 602.1 vaulted or <br /> single rafter ceilings where both the distance between the top of the ceiling <br /> and the underside of the roof sheathing ins less than 12 inches and there is <br /> a minimum 1 inch vented airspace above the insulation shall be insulated <br /> to not less than the nominal R-Value shown for vaulted ceilings (limited to <br /> 500 square feet of ceiling area for any one dwelling unit). Show all egress windows in entire <br /> residence. <br /> 21. Provide smoke alarms throughout residence per Section R314 IRC; show on plans. <br /> 22. All architectural plans shall be 1/4"= 1'-0" scale. <br /> 23. All corrections and revisions shall be made on the original tracings and two new sets <br /> of prints submitted with a letter showing where corrections are addressed.
