Include all the required information directly on the site plan. <br /> 2.) Site Plan should be drawn at a 1:20 scale. <br /> 3.) Indicate the dimensions and location of the existing garage on the site plan. <br /> 4.) Add the dimensions of the proposed garage and proposed patio. <br /> 5.) Recalculate impervious area. This should include all existing and proposed impervious surface on the entire <br /> property. <br /> 6.) Height calculations need to be recalculated using correct points. "D"should be located on the outside wall <br /> of the proposed garage not the existing garage.This measurement should be based on the elevation before <br /> any fill was added. <br /> 7.) If the concrete slab is being used as the benchmark for the height calculations please include its elevation. <br /> 8.) Based on the survey the distance between the house and the northern property line is 5ft lin.Please correct <br /> this on the site plan. <br /> 9.)
