Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Show all interior partitions. Label all spaces for the intended use of each space for the <br /> entire structure. Show square footage of all spaces, new and existing. Living space <br /> separate from accessory spaces (garages and patio cover). <br /> 2. Provide lateral analysis for this structure prepared by a licensed WA state structural <br /> engineer for wind and seismic loading (include patio roof cover). <br /> 3. Provide gravity calculations for ridge beam, floor beams, roof beams etc (include patio <br /> roof cover). <br /> 4. Identify egress windows on plans. Specify maximum sill height of 44" measured to the <br /> bottom of the clear opening. <br /> 5. Plans reference"engineers specs"for rebar at footings in garage that were not included <br /> with the submittal.
