7. Hearing examiner <br /> Following the hearing, the Violations Hearing Examiner may issue an order <br /> against the Respondent, even if he/she does not attend the hearing. The <br /> Hearing Examiners' Order may include any/all of the following conditions: <br /> A. A requirement that all of the violations be corrected and to set a deadline <br /> for these corrections; <br /> B. A fine of up to $500.00 per violation for initial violators; <br /> C. A fine of up to $1,000.00 per violation for repeat violators; <br /> D. Additional costs incurred by the city; <br /> E. Authorization for the city to enter the property, correct the violations and <br /> to assess the costs of the corrections, as permitted by law; <br /> F.
