Item#4 and#5 of this Order must be completed by September 10,2010. <br /> Compliance with these subsections in no way relieves the Respondent of his <br /> obligation to comply with any other codes or regulations prior to receiving the <br /> certificate of occupancy. <br /> 7. Steve M.Hale shall not violate any ordinance identified in EMC §1.20.020,or <br /> any ordinance or regulation that identifies the enforcement procedure described in <br /> Chapter 1.20 EMC as the enforcement procedure for said regulations or <br /> ordinance,for the next twelve(12)months from the date of this Order. <br /> 8. Steve M. Hale shall pay the entire fine imposed in section 2 of the October 8, <br /> 2009 order.The amount of the fine shall be$1500.00. Payment shall be made to <br /> the City of Everett Treasurer at 2930 Wetmore Suite 100,Everett Washington, <br /> 98201. If payment is not made on or before March 26,2010,collection action <br /> will be taken,which may include assigning the debt to a collection agency <br /> pursuant to EMC 1.20.050(D). <br /> 9. This written Order shall be controlling over any conflicts with oral.Orders issued <br /> at the Public Hearing. <br /> 10. If the Respondent fails to abate the identified violations as directed by this Order, <br /> the City of Everett is authorized to undertake and complete the abatement in <br /> conformance with the provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, Chapter 1.20, at <br /> the full expense of the owner and the City may act without further order or <br /> direction of the Violations Hearing Examiner. <br /> 11. Pursuant to EMC 1.20.040 F.10,jurisdiction of this matter shall continue for two <br /> years from the date of entry of this order, or until specifically terminated by <br /> further order of the Hearings Examiner <br /> 12. Parties who intend to appeal this written Order must comply with the procedures <br /> set forth in Chapter 36.70(C)of the revised Code of Washington.EMC §1.20.040 <br /> (F)(8)(h)• <br /> 13.
