Thursday,July 30, 2009 <br /> 420 47th St SE <br /> Mr. Stephen Hale came to the counter with questions regarding 420 27th St SE after a complaint <br /> involving the property was filed. The time frame would have been between the end of January 2009, <br /> and February 18, 2009, when pictures of the property were added to the complaint file W0812-002 . <br /> Mr. Hale said that the City of Everett told him that he needed to get permits for his house addition, but <br /> he didn't understand why since he said it was that way when he purchased it back in 2003. Mr. Hale <br /> said it was probably over 30 years old and he had neighbors, family members he stated that could prove <br /> its existence back to that time. <br /> Since I enter inspections and download photos to the files I saw the photos of the 2nd story addition. <br /> When I checked the Snohomish County Assessor's website for this property, it is taxed as a single story <br /> residence with photos showing the same. <br /> .i�es ' Patterson <br /> City of Everett Permit Technician <br />
