Please submit a response letter indicating where each item in the
corrections letter is addressed on the drawings, with two printed sets of drawing revisions (slip-sheeted at the
counter by the applicant). Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. All required
submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structures will be
constructed in compliance with all adopted codes,
Geral
1. Please include the construction type in the code analysis. The original permit for the building was for
construction type VB.
2. The original area of the building was 60,000 square feet. The area under this permit is indicated as
63,000 square feet. There have not been permits submitted to increase the floor area. Please clarify.
3. The occupancy is indicated as F-1 under this permit, where it was originally permitted as F-2. Please
clarify the change of use in the code analysis, and identify the F-1 tenant area as a deferred permit
application.
4. The site plan (sheet A1.1.C) indicates Pacific Coast Marine but the permit application is for a new
tenant. The site plan submitted under this permit is being reviewed as part of this permit application.
If the intention is to defer the site plan, please include it in the deferred permit submittal.
5. Please identify all new work or deferred permit work on the drawings.
a. For example, if parking lot lines are being restriped, that extent of that work should be
identified on the drawings *(all new striping should be dimensioned, curb cuts should be
detailed, and the accessible parking sign design, location, and height should be shown on the
drawings).
b. The factory/warehouse revisions should be referenced as a deferred permit.
Construction
`/ 1. New parking spaces and driving aisles should be dimensioned relative to the property line locations.
✓ 2. Parking should be dimensioned in width and depth to meet Everett Design and Construction Standards.
