The occupancy is indicated as F-1 under this permit, where it was originally permitted as F-2.Please clarify the change of use in the code analysis, and identify the F-1 tenant area as a deferred permit application. The site plan submitted under this permit is being reviewed as part of this permit application. If the intention is to defer the site plan,please include it in the deferred permit submittal . Please identify all new work or deferred permit work on the the drawings. a. For example,if parking lot lines are being restriped, that extent of that work should be identified on the drawings *(all new striping should be dimensioned,curb cuts should be detailed, and the accessible parking sign design, location and height should be shown on the drawings). b. Parking should be dimensioned in width and depth to meet Everett Design and Construction Standards. Please see General item#4 response 3. Contour lines, sidewalk width, doors and rams should be shown on the drawings and detailed, along the accessible route to the main entrance from the new accessible parking area.
