The original permit for the <br /> building was for construction type VB. <br /> The construction type is shown on sheet G1.2.0 General Note 7. A new note on <br /> construction type is also added on Cover Sheet. <br /> 2. The original area of the building was 60,000 square feet. The area under this permit is <br /> indicated as 63,000 square feet. There have not been permits submitted to increase the <br /> floor area. Please clarify. <br /> J The existing building total square footage is 60,000 (with 3,000 sf of mezzanine). <br /> Per IBC 2012 section 505.2, the SF in Mezzanine level "shall not contribute to <br /> either the building area of number stories..." The project information on Cover <br /> Sheet is reflecting this without adding these two numbers together. There will be no <br /> new additional SF. <br />
