We understand that City of Everett is concerned about the impact <br /> of this debris pile on stability of the gully bank. At your request, we have completed an <br /> geotechnical evaluation of this concern. Presented in this report are our findings, <br /> conclusion, and recommendations regarding the debris pile and gully bank. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> Surface Condition <br /> The general location of the subject residence site is shown on Plate 1- Vicinity Map, <br /> attached hereto.
