Remove and properly dispose of any junk or discarded items as mentioned above <br /> that have been placed on the slope or in the ravine behind the house. <br /> 3. The owner shall consult with a geotechnical engineer to visit the property for a <br /> site assessment and to provide a recommendation for remediation, if warranted. <br /> If the geotechnical engineer recommends any material to be removed or the <br /> slope altered, a Public Works permit will be required. A Public Works Permit <br /> application form can be found at www.everettwa.gov/permits. The geotechnical <br /> assessment shall be submitted with a cover letter in person or by mail to: <br /> City of Everett Permit Services <br /> Attn: Planning and Public Works (CE16-0027) <br /> 3200 Cedar St. 2nd Floor <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Permit Services Public Counter Ph # (425) 257-8810. <br /> 4. The geotechnical assessment must be submitted to the planning department <br /> within 60 days from the date of this letter or by April 14, 2016.
