Remove and properly dispose of any junk or discarded items as mentioned above that have been placed on the slope or in the ravine behind the house. 3. The owner shall consult with a geotechnical engineer to visit the property for a site assessment and to provide a recommendation for remediation, if warranted. If the geotechnical engineer recommends any material to be removed or the slope altered, a Public Works permit will be required.
