March 14, 2016 <br /> Gully Bank Stability Evaluation <br /> Wright Residence <br /> L&A Job No. 16-023 <br /> Page 5 <br /> Therefore, it is our conclusion that the north gully bank is stable and the presence of the <br /> debris pile has little or no significant impact on stability of the bank. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Despite that the debris pile has little or no impact on stability of the gully bank, it remains <br /> to be an eye sore. Therefore, the debris pile should be removed. After it is removed, <br /> areas disturbed or devoid of vegetation cover should be re-vegetated as soon as possible. <br /> Re-vegetation can be achieved by hydroseeding which is a process of shooting a mixture <br /> of seeds and mulch from a pressurized nozzle. The seed mixture should consist of 30% <br /> Kentucky Bluegrass, 30% Creeping Red Fescue and 40%Perennial Rye. <br /> CLOSURE <br /> We are pleased to be of service to you on this project.
