Schedule B: Training Description and Schedule <br /> of Payments <br /> 22. SERVICES PROVIDED <br /> 22.1 SMI will conduct training on-site at Client's location or at <br /> other premises determined by prior agreement. <br /> 22.2 SMI shall explain and demonstrate all major features of the <br /> Program as they apply to its intended purpose. <br /> 22.3 SMI shall be obligated to provide training on features of the <br /> computer hardware or operating system only as they pertain to the <br /> intended operation of the Program. SMI may provide additional <br /> training services if specified by prior written agreement. <br /> 23. CONDITIONS OF SOFTWARE TRAINING <br /> 23.1 The following terms and conditions shall apply at all times <br /> during Training: <br /> 23.2 Client shall provide sufficient on-site training space and white <br /> board,flip chart or other presentation medium. <br /> 23.2 Client shall provide sufficient computer hardware to the <br /> training area so that there is a least one computer to share between <br /> every two attendees. Client shall also provide sufficient electrical <br /> current and power outlets to operate the computer hardware. <br /> 23.4 SMI will be relieved of its obligation to perform training if <br /> Client's training computer hardware or operating system software, <br /> in whole or in part,is defective or is not otherwise in good operating <br /> condition. <br /> 23.5 SMI will also be relieved of its obligation to perform training if <br /> greater than six(6)members of Client's organization attend training <br /> except by prior written agreement. <br /> 24.
