asbestos abatement and worker protection rules. All asbestos abatement must be <br /> performed by a qualified asbestos abatement contractor. A copy of the asbestos removal <br /> plan and current license of the qualified asbestos abatement contractor indicating <br /> asbestos certification must be provided to the City of Everett Planning Department prior <br /> to award of the contract for abatement work. <br /> 7. Written acceptance of the removal and disposal of the asbestos containing materials, as <br /> required by the governing agencies, must be provided to the City of Everett Planning <br /> Department within ten business days of the removal and disposal. <br /> B) Geological / Soil Suitability/Slope/ Erosion / Drainage and Storm Water Runoff: <br /> 1.
