The 1488 Uniform fire Code, Article 2, Section 2.201(b), states "A <br /> o � � builcings or structures which are structurally unsafe or not provid�d <br /> with adequate egress, or whicY� constitute a fire hazard or are otherwise <br /> � .`n° � dangerous to human life, or which in relation to existing use constitute <br /> � ,. � a hazard to,safetP or hea;th or public "'efireehazatdeadisaster damagetor <br /> "- ,� maintenance dila idation obsolescence, <br /> v, � abandonment as specified in this code or any other effective ordinance, <br /> � o v, are, for the purpose of this section, unsafe buildings.
