Lightly compact soil and establish a smooth <br /> and uniform finished grade that protects against obstruction to surface drainage. <br /> 8-02.3(8) Planting <br /> Supplement 8-02.3(8) by adding the following: <br /> Install plants at the same depth grown in nursery; top of rootball should be level <br /> with ground line.
